The Source Comparison sub-tab displays data across FAERS, Clinical Trials, or other safety data sources (Vigibase Data, ICSR data from Argus, ArisG, or other, and Medical Claims) all in one table, according to a user’s level of subscription. The Multi-Source Summary table allows a user to quickly filter by any of the column headers, making identifying signals across multiple data sources quick and easy. Clicking the drop-down filter headers enables user to filter by RxSignal status, US and EU Labeled status, IME Serious designation, and Signal Count.

Typing values in to the “greater than” or “less than” filters for each data source column for Clinical or FAERS enables users to view data points that meet their specifications for adverse event rates, Odds Ratios, Cases, Reporting Rates, or Reporting Odds Ratios. Red boxes around OR values indicate an OR is above 1. Yellow boxes around ROR values indicate ROR values between 1 and 2. Red boxes around ROR values indicate RORs above 2.

Clicking on the blue text of the AE PT allows users to navigate to the given Drug/Adverse Event Analysis page. Clicking on the Blue “MedDRA Hierarchy View” button allows users to switch to a different level of the MedDRA Hierarchy.

Users can clear filters, save/export data, and select their column preferences by clicking on the three horizontal lines at the top right of the data table.
