Clicking on the Adverse Events sub-tab will bring users to a data table showing Pooled Adverse Event Rates, grouped by System Organ Class (SOC). Clicking on any column header will sort the table by that column. Users can utilize quick-filter column headers to filter by Event Type, RxSignal, US FDA or EU Labeled status, OR values, p-values, and RORs, or search for AE keywords. Clicking on an AE term will bring users to the given Drug/AE Analysis page within Evidex. Clicking the “Compare” drop-down menu at the top right of the page will link users to the related Mechanism, Indication, and Drug Class Comparison pages related to the given drug. Users can export data and select which columns to display by clicking the three lined menu at the top right of the data table.
Clicking the blue “Clinical Evidence Filter” button will open the Clinical Evidence Filter. To clear the filter settings, click the red “Clear Filter” button.
For “Treat rate” and “Ctrl rate” columns, green boxes indicate the lowest rate and red boxes indicate the highest rate for the given adverse event. For the “OR” column, green boxes indicate the OR is below 1, while red boxes indicate the OR is above 1. For the “pvalue” column, red boxes indicate statistical significance.
Once criteria from the Clinical Evidence Filter are selected, only trials/arms matching those criteria will be considered for the Clinical calculations displayed within this sub-tab. These criteria selections will not be saved after a user navigates to a different sub-tab or page within Evidex.
Criteria selections include: Trial Design features, Population Characteristics, Treatments administered, Studies, Events, and Duration. Users can click the boxes next to the criteria they desire, then hit the blue “Search” button to apply those criteria.
To clear the search criteria, hit the red “Clear Filter” button.
