Description

Features of the AE pages include:

  1. Definitions for AE terms

  2. Drugs with highest Case Count, ROR, and Incidence rates for the AE

  3. Drugs with Active or Watchlist RxSignals for the AE

Searching for an Adverse Event

Users can quickly search by Adverse Event terms from the Evidex universal search bar. From the search bar, select "Adverse Events" from the “Categories” drop-down menu. Users can start typing an Adverse Event (AE) they are interested in, and relevant matches will populate below. Clicking on a term will bring a user to the given AE page, which lists the drugs that have FAERS cases listing that specific adverse event.

Clicking on any drug name from the data table will bring users to the given Drug/AE Analysis page, which allow users to access more detailed information on the given Drug/AE pair including summary FAERS data metrics and Clinical Evidence, full individual patient case reports, and Literature References.
