From the Signals tab, users can add a new Signal in Evidex Signal Management by clicking on the “+Add Signal” button. This will bring users to the same “Add Signal” page as seen in Manually Adding a Signal from Evidex Data & Analytics, the only difference being that the user will need to manually select a Drug/Product and Topic (or Qualifying Adverse Event).
