Clicking on the “List” sub-tab for Signals opens a management dashboard where Signals can be searched on or filtered. All Signals will be shown in list form. Quick filter column headings allow users to filter by Signal ID, Products name, Events, signal Status, Source, Signal Management Phase, Date Detected, Signal Disposition, Date of Last Action, or Last Action Type. Selecting a term from any drop-down menu will filter the table to display matching Signals. Inputting dates to the Date Detected or Date of Last Action field will return Signals matching those dates.
Clicking on the three-line menu in the upper right corner of the data table will open a drop-down menu where users can: Clear all filters, Export data as a .csv or .pdf, and make column display selections.
Clicking the blue “Show Edit History” button will bring users to the Audit Log for all Signals.
