Evidex Signal Management - Inquiries and Other Requests List

Evidex Signal Management also facilitates the management of other drug safety related issues that need to be tracked but are not a result of Signal Detection. These are designated out-of-the-box as Inquiries and Requests in Evidex Signal Management. 

Inquiries are things that require a formal process, such as a needed review at the request of a health authority. 

Other Requests are something less formal, but still should be noted and tracked, like for example if Medical Affairs receives a drug safety related question in the field from a physician that is passed to drug safety, any changes to Informed Consent Forms, meeting notes, etc.

Clicking on the “List” sub-tab for Inquiries brings users to an Inquiries/Requests data table list. Here, users can use drop-down menus or enter dates to utilize quick-filter headers. Clicking on the “down” arrow to the right of column header text will open a drop-down menu to sort the data table by ascending/descending order, hide columns, or pin columns to the left or right of the data table. Clicking the small “x” underneath the “down” arrow will clear the given quick-filter. 

Clicking the three-line menu in the upper right corner of the data table allows users to export data in .csv or .pdf format, clear all filters, or make column display selections. 

Clicking the blue “Show Edit History” button will bring users to the Audit Log for all Inquiries/Requests.
