Inquiries and requests can be added in the same ways as a Signal:
Manually from within Evidex Data & Analytics; 2.
From scratch within Evidex Signal Management, or; 3)
Automated Surveillance within Evidex Signal Management.

Below are the steps needed to enter an Inquiry from scratch from the "+Add Inquiry" tab. The setup is exactly the same as a signal, but slightly different information is required. Requests have exactly the same form and format as an Inquiry, but users need to click on the “+Add Request” tab.
Users can upload or link documents to the Inquiry or Request via URL and descriptive text.
After clicking “Save” users will see the Inquiry or Request Detail view, displaying summary information about the Inquiry or Request. Clicking on the link of any Associated Signal/Inquiry/Request IDs will bring a user to the given Detail page for that report.
Users can create Future or Completed Actions for Inquiries or Requests the same way as for Signals. Read more on the adding actions details here.
Clicking the “Edit” button enables user to edit the Inquiry or Request report details. Clicking the “Show Edit History” button will bring users to the Audit Log for that specific Inquiry or Request.
