Clicking on the “Search” sub-tab for Actions will bring users to a Search page, with a Summary table and Results table for querying Actions based on multiple criteria.

Users can search by: Actual Complete Date, Product, Signal ID, Inquiry ID, Action Type, or Current Signal/Inquiry Status. Users can select dates by using the arrows within the date fields or typing in the desired date(s). Users can click the drop-down menus for the remaining search criteria boxes to make further selections. Making any selections within the “Search” table will return matching results within the “Summary” and “Results” tables.

Within the Summary and Results tables, users can click the column drop-down menus to use quick-filter headers or click the “down” arrow to the right of the column header text to sort the column in ascending/descending order, hide the column, or pin the column to the left or right side of the data table. Clicking the three-line menu in the upper right corner of either of these data tables will open the menu to save data in .csv or .pdf, clear filters, or choose displayed columns.
