Note* - As of Evidex 1.43.0 (February 2021) - we have created a new, more robust version of reviews called “Management Reviews”. From here on, we will be referring to the older system as “Legacy Reviews”. These Legacy Reviews will only be visible if a company or organization has used them in the past, as the Management Reviews are not backwards compatible.
Standard operating procedures for signal management include regular reviews of all signals and data related to those signals. This allows drug safety executives to keep tabs on the entire portfolio and ensure actions are being completed in a timely fashion.
Evidex Signal Management also facilitates the logging of these reviews.
By clicking on the Reviews tab, all reviews are shown with quick filter headers for each column. Clicking on a quick filter header will allow users to filter by a value for the given column and apply that to the Reviews table. Clicking on the “down” arrow to the right of column header text will open a drop-down menu to sort the data table by ascending/descending order, hide columns, or pin columns to the left or right of the data table. Clicking the small “x” underneath the “down” arrow will clear the given quick-filter.
Clicking the three-line menu in the upper right corner of the data table allows users to export data in .csv or .pdf format, clear all filters, or make column display selections.
Clicking on “Show Edit History” button takes users to an Audit Log of all Reviews.
