Adding a Review allows users to initiate a new monthly or quarterly review and invite other users within their organization to participate. Clicking the “+Add Review” button below will bring users to the “Add Review” form.
Users must populate the “Date Review Initiated” field, Invite Other Employees to Review, and Comments sections. Users may fill in the Time Period of the review, Review Type (either Monthly or Quarterly), and can add Supporting Documents URL and Description in the same way as for Inquiries/Requests/Actions.
To change the Date fields, users can click the round “x” to clear the displayed date, click the up/down arrows to move the date numbers higher or lower, or click the shaded black arrow to open a calendar menu to select a new date from. Users can also type in the desired date using their keyboard.
The “Employee Initiating Review” field is auto-populated based on the user entering the Review form.
Clicking on one or more user names will add those users to the Review.
Users can select the Review Type by clicking the drop-down menu and selecting either Quarterly or Monthly.
Users must type in Comments to the Review form.
Clicking “Save” will bring users to the “Review Detail Report” page for the given Review. Clicking “Show Edit History” will bring users to the Audit Log for that specific Review, showing all changes and history for the given review by each user. Users assigned to the Review will receive an email notification from esm@adverahealth.com.
Clicking “Edit” will allow users to Edit the Review. Clicking “View PDF” will download a pdf of the given Review.
