The Audit Log captures and stores any edits, changes, updates, or deletions of records within Evidex Signal Management. Click on a link below the “Logging” section to view the Audit Log for the given option selected. This will bring users to the Audit Log, filtered by the option selected.
Clicking on “Full Audit Log Search” will bring users to the Audit Log. From there, users can search the Audit Log by Specific Record name, Content Type, Change Type, user Changed By, or date ranges.
Clear filters, export data in .csv or .pdf, and make column display selections by clicking the three-line menu in the upper right corner of either data table.
Use quick-filter headers on data tables to filter displayed data.
