What to do if you can't view certain pages or download PDFs in Evidex

Unable to view certain pages or download PDFs?

This may be due to the browser you are using. Evidex is most compatible with Chrome - if you have access to that browser, it will give you the best results. Evidex also supports Microsoft Edge.

Issues viewing pages or downloading PDFs may also arise due to blocked popups. To add an exception for popups in Chrome:

1) Go to chrome://settings/content/popups
2) Under the Allow section, click "Add"
3) Enter this in the Add dialog: https://[*.]adverahealth.com and click "Add" to complete the action.
4) Refresh your existing page and retry the action which may have been blocked by the popup.
