The Trends sub-tab includes a Trend-Analysis chart for the top 10 AEs with the highest rate of Quarter-Over-Quarter (Q/Q) growth. Clicking on a drug name/adverse event in the table legend will remove that line from the graph. Users can click the drug name/adverse event a second time to replace the given line. To download or print the chart, click on the three-line menu in the upper right-hand corner of the graph.

The data table below the chart shows descriptive and quantitative information on all of the non-labeled adverse events that have been reported for the drug, sorted first by adverse events with first-ever FAERS reports in the most recent quarter of data available and secondly by highest rate of Quarter-Over-Quarter (Q/Q) growth. Users can make selections from or type in criteria value cut-offs in the column header menus to further sort the data table. Clicking on the downward arrows next to a column header will open a drop-down menu allowing users to sort the table by that column in ascending or descending order, hide the column, or pin the column to the left or right side of the table. Clicking on the three-line menu in the upper right-hand side of the data table allows users to export data, clear filters, and make column display selections.

Clicking on an Adverse Event term will bring users to its Drug/AE Analysis page for the given drug. ESM (Evidex Signal Management) users can add the drug/AE pair to their ESM by clicking the Signal, Inquiry, or Request buttons.
