The Trends sub-tab shows users cumulative case counts as well as year-over-year (Y/Y) and quarter-over-quarter (Q/Q) percentage changes for drug/AE pairs from their Safety Relevant Observations (SRO) sub-tab. The line graph shows the top 10 drug/AE pairs with the highest Q/Q growth rate from the most recent quarter of FAERS data available compared to the average from the previous four quarters. To print or download the chart, users can click the three-line menu in the upper right corner of the graph. To remove a data point from the graph, click on the Drug/AE name in the legend. To add the data points back to the graph, click on the Drug/AE name in the legend a second time.

Scrolling over in the data table, users can add a drug/AE pair to their ESM as a Signal, Inquiry, or Request, and also view Y/Y growth, Q/Q growth, or case counts per quarter. Clicking on a drug name will bring users to the given Drug page report in Evidex, while clicking on an adverse event term will bring users to the Drug/AE Analysis report in Evidex. Clicking on the three-line menu in the upper right-hand corner of the data table enables users to clear filters, export data, or make column display selections. Clicking on the down arrow in any column header opens a menu to sort the data table by that column in ascending or descending order, hide the column, or pin the column to the left or right side of the data table. Clicking the small ‘x’ to the right of a column header filter will clear the filter setting.
