To edit a user’s ESM permissions or roles, click the “Manage ESM User Permissions” text.
This will bring the admin user to the “Edit Users” section. Here, admin users can view a table listing each User, their Role, and Access Level. To edit a user’s roles and/or permissions, click the User name.
To edit the user’s Role, click the box next to “Role” to access the drop-down menu. Admin users can then select the Role desired for the given user. Admin users can also select the Access Type for the given user. Clicking “Submit” will save the changes made. Clicking “Cancel” will exit the screen without saving.
