Here is a rundown of the upgrades:
The new “Advanced Statistics” tab within the CSA tool allows users to request advanced calculations including ROR, PRR, EBGM, IC, Chi-Square, including confidence / credibility intervals.
The upgrades allow users to select a custom 'background' for calculations: All of FAERS, or within a specific indication, mechanism of action, or class, based on user search criteria.
Both summary and detailed Preferred Term level results are provided as a consolidated MS Excel download.
